A young Filipino kid (girl) who was born strange for having no arms and legs found a new family when an American couple adopted her.
Sometime in 2015, US based couple flew miles from America to the tropical weather of the Philippines to see the orphanage in Cavite City, where “Maria” was taken care of since she was born.

Couple Adrianne and Jason Stewart who was based from Utah, with open arms adopted Maria despite of her differences in her physical being.
In an article published by Coconuts Manila, they featured how were Maria 2 years after her new parents gave light on her life.
According to Adrianne Stewart, Maria loves to do thing on her own and marking a great smile on her face and full of excitements every time she successfully do something all by herself.

Adrianne explained that she and her husband do not see Maria as having a disability and emphasized that she is just their daughter even though she may have to learn to do things a little different than everyone else, but she is still doing the same things as all the other kids.
Maria despite of her physical differences, she was never felt different by her two siblings.
Her brother who is a Filipino also from Philippines whom the couple also adopted loves to play with her. Adrianne said that she is helping them to come up with ideas on how to better include Maria whatever he is playing with.
Adrianne also narrated that Maria loves to listen to music from the beats of 1980s. Aside from listening to music, she is also fond of painting colors using a custom designed mouthpiece that holds her markers and stuffed animals.
Adrianne also shared that Maria will be attending preschool soon, in addition to receiving the speech and occupational therapy services she needs.
