Cebu Pacific is suspending flight operations to and from Kuwait, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Doha (Qatar) as these routes are no longer viable and sustainable.

This is effective after the following dates:

In line with this, affected passengers with bookings beyond the last flights are strongly advised to contact their travel agents or this dedicated CEB hotline at +632 7020 881 to check their options. They may also send our official verified Facebook page or Twitter account (@CebuPacificAir) a direct message.

Affected guests may choose from the following options:
1. Transfer to another airline with the same route (subject to availability)
2. Rebook to an earlier Cebu Pacific flight (subject to availability)
3. Refund in full
4. Get a travel fund in full

Meanwhile, we will continue to operate daily services between Manila and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this service suspension may have caused our passengers, and hope for their understanding.
