Filipina “fell” into Victoria Harbour after quarreling with her boyfriend.

Hong Kong Police investigate the incident happen in Victoria Harbour when a Filipino national fell after quarreling with her boyfriend.

Hong Kong police said that the incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. At the Tong Shui Road Pier, at the back of the Java Road Municipal Services Building, on September 16.

“She had an argument with her boyfriend… We cannot say for sure if she jumped or if she fell, but we are treating it as a case of a person who fell into the sea,” the police spokesman said.

A police spokeperson said that the Pinay is crying when she came back from the shore alone. According to Hong Kong news her boyfriend is there when she fell down, but didn’t  helps her when she’s in the murky water.

Witnesses said the woman was “distraught” and appeared to be crying when she sat on the ground, her clothes wet, while her boyfriend was talking to her in Tagalog.

A Chinese man tried to talk to her but the boyfriend waved him away.

A few minutes later, police cars, a fire truck, and two police patrol boats, their search lights blazing, arrived at the scene.

The police spokesman said the 30-year-old woman was brought to the Eastern Hospital where she was treated for some minor injuries.

“She was conscious when she was brought to the hospital,” the police spokesman said.

It was not known if the two were still lovers after the incident.
