Ano Neemus That’s because they don’t have an iota of what Duterte can do within the bounds of our law..remember Duterte had been going around the country promoting federalism..it is highly possible he tackled issues with the local leaders such as crimes, drugs and corruption..and you know when you are not fully in power you cannot just go after the big syndicates because your resources and powers are limited ..kung si Mar nga na Secretary at ex-officio Chairman ng Napolcom di matigilan ang droga e kase maybe may mga kasabwat sa loob.. If Duterte becomes president and all powers are now vested in him (and also money) do you think di nya gagamitin yun against crime, drugs and corruption country wide?
