Great news to all Ninoy Aquino International Airport passengers! The NAIA Expressway will soon open up minimizing the traffic congestion within the area.
By September 22, a skyway will open connecting Terminals 1 and 2 towards the Southern portions of Metro Manila, including famous hotspots Mall of Asia, Cavite Expressway and PAGCOR Entertainment City.
Alec Cruz said that a P35 payment is required to gain access to the 2-kilometer skyway but the exact toll rates will be publish soon.
There are approximately 80,000 people who goes to and forth the NAIA and all of them can gain benefit upon using the express way, this is based on the Department of Public Works and Highways data.
A second segment is expected to get completed by December and it will connect Terminal 3 and NAIA Expressway, said Mark Villar, DPWH Secretary.
