It was supposed to be the job fit for the financial stability of her family but it ended up as the most traumatizing part of her life. She was molested by her employer’s son.
Filipina nurse, 26, worked as homecare nurse, attending to an elderly woman. She didn’t realize that the woman’s son will molest her just as she started work.
As she started work, the nurse allegedly received SMS containing lewd content send by the old lady’s son.
The woman’s son, Balakrishnan Kuppusamy, works as a maritime boarding officer. He allegedly kissed the neck of the nurse while they are in the lift and by the next morning, the man touched the breast while the woman is working and even dared to slap her buttocks.

All the incidents was not immediately reported by the Filipina nurse because she do not want to lose her job. But after receiving a degrading SMS from the man, she decided to report the incidents to her supervisors and to the police officers as well.
Everything happened last 2014 and the verdict was decided yesterday. Balakrishnan will spend 1 year in jail and 3 strokes of rotan will be given to him.
According to the suspect, he poked the nurse’s breast because he got irritated with her as she speaks Tagalog and tapped her butt to grab her attention.
Despite his statements, the presiding judge sees that the flirtatious and crude SMS sent by Balakrishnan is a sign that he had lewd intentions towards the nurse.
