Five Filipinos were taken into custody in Thailand before they could board their flight at Don Mueang airport after police sound a stolen diamond necklace in their luggage.

According to a report on Bangkok Post stated that the Filipinos were believed to have worked as a gang to steal the necklace worth THB300,000 (PHP411,810) at the Bangkok Gems and Jewellery Fair in Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi.
