Working outside of your native country is full of uncertainties. If you are unlucky, you fall in the hands of abusive employers just like what had happened in this pitiful OFW.
This OFW went home back to the Philippines without a single cent in her pocket. So this good stewardess tried to help the unfortunate OFW through asking for donations from co-passenger.
A certain Jrm Jayjay posted a clip in his social media account containing a sincere gesture of a stewardess. She asked the passengers to donate some money to the distressed OFW. After collecting the money, the Philippine Airlines stewardess whole-heartedly said her heartfelt thanks to all the passengers.
The OFW’s identity was not exposed but it is said that her employer did not pay her salary until she came back to the Philippines. Some OFWs also advised to consult the Overseas Worker Welfare Administration (OWWA) for assistance.
