Huge crowd lining up for a business transaction in government offices is a common scenario every day. Not until this woman made an ordinary day quite extraordinary.
The incident happened at the Cavite branch of PAG-IBIG Fund.
People were shock to hear a woman shouting out of nowhere, saying:
“GUARD!!! GUARD!!! KAUSAPIN MO NGA YANG BABAE NA YAN!!!! YAN!!! YANG NAKA PINK NA BABAE NA YAN ( DINUDURO YUNG BABAE) HINDI MAG BASA!!!! WAG MO PAPALAPITIN SAKIN YANG BABAE YAN!!! DAHIL MAPAPATULAN KO YAN!!! Bwisit!!”
The woman, who was just asking for the right counter to go, was shocked and humiliated. She even cried because of it.
The guard approached the customer, who was left in awe, and asked what had happened.
The woman said that it is her first time to do transaction in Pag-IBIG so she was a bit hesitant where to go. So she asked the employee what counter to go since in her number, it says Counter 1, but she was instead called at Counter 2. But the woman was so angry, she shouted as if a fire broke out.
The guard just comforted the woman into saying that the woman who just shouted at her does the same thing all the time.
This story was posted by a certain Ruhzel Faith Dela Cruz, who was present at the time of the incident. She was with her sister, who also had transactions to make at Pag-IBIG.
According to her, they were shocked to hear a screaming woman but it was too late to take a video of the incident so she just took a photo of the rude employee.
“OO PAGOD KA!! OO MADAMING NAKA PILA. Pero Hindi sapat na manigaw ka ng mga NAG BABAYAD sainyo!! Una sa Lahat ang Sweldo mo Galing sa amin!! Pangalawa wala kang trabaho kung hindi dahil saamin. Sana tratuhin nio kami ng tama. Dahil kung napapagod ka mag entertain ng customers sa dami edi mag resign ka jan. Umalis ka sa trabaho mo. Hindi yung maninigaw ka. Napapagod din kami sa HABA ng pila! Walang maupuan pero still may pasensya kami sa kakupadan ninyo, tapos sisigaw ka lang? Wow. Respeto lang,” Dela Cruz added.
Netizens gushed at the rude Pag-IBIG employee.
