For applicants, the monthly salary for nurses is expected to reach P100,000 while P90,000 for caregivers. Being able to speak Nihongo is also not needed immediately because they will still undergo Nihongo training plus they will be given an allowance.
Interested nurses and caregivers only needs to have the required qualifications. For nurses, applicants should be a nursing graduate, has a Board license and three-year hospital experience.
