Because of alleged jealousy, a Filipina in North Dakota, USA was gunned down by her American boyfriend.
The victim was identified as Arnalene Rapalam. She was immediately taken to hospital for medication but unfortunately, she succumbs to death.
The suspect of this crime is her own boyfriend identified as Eric Venn. He is currently detained at the Ward County Jail. There is still no confirmed motive released by the police but it is said that some of the victim’s friends confirmed that the couple quarreled before the shooting incident happened. Rapalam allegedly wants to break up with Eric.
Friends of Rapalan are gathering some funds to send the remains of the Filipina back to her hometown in the Philippines. Rapalam has a son in the Philippines.
