Saudi Arabian cops arrested on Sunday night a female overseas Filipino worker (OFW) and her foreigner boyfriend.
Facebook user Raisha shared that the authorities arrested her friend Aisha (not her real name) in the evening of September 27.
The Filipina maid from Davao City was in a relationship with the Pakistani based in Saudi Arabia. Her employer saw the man outside their house and reported them to the police.
The Arab state has strict law against adultery and public display of affection. If caught in either offense, foreigners are punished and might face deportation.
Raisha is asking for help from her friends and fellow OFWs so that Aisha’s situation would reach Philippine authorities.
