Long queues in different government offices is a normal scene in different government offices throughout the Philippines.
But according to Duterte, he doesn’t want to see long lines especially in offices like the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC). He wanted to come up with a better system to avoid long queues and minimize the trouble of the people.
Duterte also wanted the officials of each offices to provide a so-called list of requirements. Once it’s complied, it’s all done. There shouldn’t be additional requirements and so forth. The recipient will then sign a ledger to acknowledge the compliance of all the requirements and expected date of issuance will then be given to the applicant.
This will be a very good solution to long queues in government offices. An all-in-one hotline will then be implemented to provide proper assistance to the people.
