    My own experience:

My mother and I booked a delux victory bus from Baguio to Pasay. Arrived pasay at around 330AM (please see attached receipt). We decided to ride UBE Express thinking that we’d be safe. My mother asked the driver where the charging station is, the driver pointed it out. We sat infront just beside the charging station. We had to wait an hour before the bus left Pasay. On our way to terminal 1, there were only 6 of us in the bus. The aircon was leaking everywhere so my mom had to transfer at the back where it’s not leaking. 2 peeple were dropped at the NAIA Terminal 1 arrival. When we got to terminal 1 departure, my mother took the luggage and off we went to the entrance. My mother dropped me off because I had to run after my international flight. After a few minutes my mother never answered any of my texts. Yun pala, she forgot her cellphone sa UBE express. Before i knew that she left her phone, i called her number several times. The first call, someone answered it, it sounded like he was in a closed environment. The next few calls hindi na nia sinagot yung call. It just kept ringing. One UBE express personnel (Ralph Arizala) messaged me on facebook saying to call the number given (09363920565). A minute after he messaged me the number, I called him back but it’s out of coverage. I didn’t have enough time kasi I was also runing after my flight. My mother waited for the UBE express van to come back to the Pasay station. The driver said wala na daw yung phone. NAPAKA imposible. Yung driver lang ang my alam na phone ng mama ko yun. Wala ba kayong cctv sa loob ng bus? And if meron, I bet you’ll get something out of it. I mean hindi ba chineck ng driver yung bus when everyone already left the bus? Pati charger ninakaw? Napaka imposible kasi kung magnanakaw yun yung phone lang kukunin. Wala na siya time to get the charger kasi naka connect. You have to bend over to unplug it. Napaka imposible tlga. And if magnanaka yun iooff niya agad yun. Ang mahal mahal ng charge nio. Okay lang thinking na safe ka. Pero pati gamit m hindi maibalik ng maayos! kuya, please paki balik cellphone ni mama. Buti nalang nakeep ko pa resibo. If only I knew how untrusting and mga tauhan niyo I would never welcome your services. My mom’s phone is a Samsung 7 with a crack on the lower left corner of her dark grey phone.

I am looking forward to your quick response in regards to this.

    Thank you.
