To all 4Ps beneficiaries with expired coverage since December 31, 2016, here are some things to remember:
- All beneficiaries of 4Ps are covered under Indigent Program automatically. Despite pending completion for 2017, they can still avail all the benefits as long as they can present their MCCT ID or 4Ps ID which was originally issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
- For indigent members, though not 4Ps beneficiaries, with expired coverage since December 31, 2016, they are required to get PRO/LHIO validation. Benefits shall be availed once you present CE1 issued by authorized personnel from Philhealth with validity period starting January 1 – March 31, 2017.
