Filipinos, especially husbands, choose to work abroad to earn more for their families in the Philippines. We’ve all known the sacrifices made by our OFWs, yet we are blinded by the truth that their families that were left at home were nabbed by the chance to have a complete family.

A wife needs her husband and their children needs a father. But because salary abroad are much higher compared to the salary in the Philippines, husbands/fathers were forced to work away from their families. Other than that, there are many more reasons why a wife needs her OFW husband back.

  • A wife wants her OFW husband back so they can celebrate important occasions together. Anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas and New Years are never the same without the head of the family.
  • A wife wants her OFW husband back so they can both guide their children into the right path. Since parents has the responsibility to guide and protect their children, they should be together at all times. They should serve as a good example to their children.
  • A wife wants her OFW husband back because despite her courage to act as mother and father to their children, she still needs a shoulder to cry on. She needs her husband’s all out support.

  • A wife wants her OFW husband back because she wants to have more time together. Even just a small talk over a cup of coffee would mean a lot. It is still best to grow old together with the love of your life.
  • A wife wants her OFW husband back so they can both help their countrymen. Most highly qualified professionals choose to work abroad because of the much better job opportunity. We are losing talented and highly qualified individuals to other countries.
  • A wife wants her OFW husband back so they can be healthy together and they can take care of each other. Life abroad is hard and hectic. Sometimes, OFWs neglect their health and choose to pursue unhealthy lifestyle.
  • A wife wants her OFW husband back because she believes that a family that stays together is always the strongest. They can conquer any challenges in life because God will always bless them.
