We’ve just celebrated mother’s day. Everybody is greeting their mothers, proclaiming their love and thankfulness to the person who endured all the pain and sufferings just to give birth to us.
While everyone is celebrating this once a year celebration for all the moms out there, this son did something incredibly wrong to his OFW mom.

Facebook chat of a mother and son emerged online. The private message was started by the OFW mother looking for her son.
“Kuya asan ka,” asked the mother. Her son answered that he is just staying at home. Later on, the mother opened up regarding her salary which will be sent to her son.
The son kept on asking his mother as to when he can get the mother.
“Puro ka pala bukas bukas sinabi ko na ngayon ako magbabayad eh,” said the son.
The mother asked her son to patiently wait for her remittance. She was waiting for her employer’s driver to arrive.
But the inclement son could not accept this excuse.
“Nakaka ilan bukas kana ba,” said her son. “Tangnamo. Wag kana sakin magpadala hayop ka,” he added. “Pinagbukas bukas mo ako puro ka pala salita.”
Shocked and hurt, the mother replied the next day. “Sana matuto k respeto magulang mu mumurahin mu d lng nasunod gus2 mu,” she said. “Nkakaiyak k d mu alm hirap q d2 tapos mumurahin mu lng q.”
“D mu manlang binate c mama Mothers day.” The son didn’t replied.
OFWs sacrifice so much for their families in the Philippines. Sad to say, their sacrifices are not appreciated by their loved ones who are more concerned about the remittances rather than the welfare of their family members abroad. via TNP
