Wife Of An OFW From Saudi Is Having Affair With Other Man

“To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part”.  These are the words contained in a wedding vow, a vow that is sacred between a man and a woman and whose center is God.

Marriage is something all women are dreaming of.  To walk down the aisle, wear a wedding gown and march towards the man who will promise to love and cherish her forever.  But the sun may not always shine in a marriage life and the road may be rough at times, badly hit by infidelity by either one of the spouses.

This is the story of Paolo Baloloy, an OFW for three and a half years in Saudi Arabia.  Paolo’s wife, Jacqueline, called him one day and told him that she wanted to be separated from him. Upon knowing this, Paolo went home immediately to the Philippines to find out the reason why.  Until he received a call from a certain Mary Jane  Consunji who introduced herself as the wife of Carlo, the man whom his wife Jacqueline was having a romantic relationship with.  They gathered information to establish the infidelity of their spouses and decided to seek legal advice from Mr. Raffy Tulfo through his teleradyo program, “Raffy Tulfo In Action”.

Paolo shared to Mr. Raffy Tulfo that his wife admitted that she was having a romantic relationship with Carlo. What made him even mad was upon knowing that Jacqueline had brought their own children  with her the time she and Carlo have been going in a  hotel.  For this reason,  Atty. Castillo who happened to be the legal consultant of the teleradyo program said that Paolo may file charges of Child Abuse against his wife and that he may claim custody over their child.

On Mary Jane’s part, she said that she established the idea that her husband was becoming unfaithful when Carlo forgot his car keys which all of a sudden prompted her to check on their car.  She found a bag and saw a scrap album in it containing pictures of her husband and Jacqueline.  She confronted her husband and asked him to identify the girl on the photo but he just said that it was his bestfriend.  This was the story that Mary Jane was made to believe at first.

Mr. Raffy Tulfo tried to get the other side of the story from Carlo and Jacqueline but none of them was taking his call.

Before their interview ended, Atty. Castillo stated that Paolo and Mary Jane can file cases of Violence Against Women and Concubinage on their respective spouses for their infidelity.
