A concerned citizen is asking for help for a fellow OFW who is suffering from complications for an unknown disease.
In a Facebook post, a woman can be seen as having difficulty breathing and couldn’t even stand up. Other women were helping her but it seems like her situation needs immediate medical intervention.
The OFW was identified as Annabel Cortes Agujetas. She is from Davao City, Philippines. According to reports, the OFW was already sent to Rashid Hospital in Dubai but her family wants her home. They are worried because Annabel had no one to rely on there. No one takes care of her.
Annabel has two children in the Philippines that she temporarily left to find greener pasture abroad. But odds are not on her side as she experienced health problems while working abroad.
In the video, Annabel can be seen lying on the bed and couldn’t breathe properly. Though other women are helping her, Annabel’s family in the Philippines wanted to personally take care of her until she gets better. One of her relatives also seeks the help of a TV personality, Raffy Tulfo. In another Facebook post, the Consulate General in Dubai was also tapped to help the Filipina.
As of the moment, there are no updates on the real illness of the woman.
