In a shocking video, a domestic helper in Bahrain can be seen riding at the trunk of a car, putting her life on the line.
Authorities in Bahrain are taking legal actions to a woman who lets her housemaid stay at the car’s trunk as she drives the car.
In the video which instantly became viral, a woman can be seen at the car’s trunk as she holds a huge box to keep it from falling. The car continuously moved into the public road.

Some netizens claimed that the woman in the video allegedly works as a domestic helper. Clearly, in the video, her employer is heartless for letting her sit at the trunk just so she can keep the huge box safe, whilst, endangering her own life.
To respond to the widely spread video, the Interior Ministry confirmed that through the traffic authority, they were able to intercept a 20-year-old female who was the one who drove the car in the viral video. The driver will be facing the prosecution for her heartless acts.
It can be recalled that Bahrain recently announced that they will be accepting again foreign domestic workers as the ban gets lifted. They particularly mentioned their likes for Filipino domestic workers.
