OFW in Jeddah Passes Away After Allegedly Falling From A Car

An Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia lost his life in a tragic accident. But the family of the victim is not convinced that the OFW simply fell from the car and passes away

According to GMA News, the OFW was identified as Raymond Ambrocio, a 27-year-old native of Nueva Ecija. February 16 when her family in the Philippines received a call informing the tragic news. But his relatives could believe the incident and thinks that there’s foul play that needs to be investigated.

“Sa tingin ko po yung nangyari sa kaniya pinagplanuhan nung mga kaibigan niyang ibang lahi,” says Richard, sibling of the victim. Richard also claimed that his brother had bruises all over his body and his neck.

Hours before the incident, the OFW managed to send a video to his relatives while riding the car. In the video, Raymond was sitting in a car next to another man.

The family Raymond is appealing for justice and for his remains to be repatriated back to the Philippines as soon as possible. Richard was informed that the repatriation of his brother’s remains will take three months because they had to undergo a strict process.

But OIC-OWWA-Region 3 Esperanza Cobarrubian made sure that they are eyeing the repatriation of the OFW’s remains.
