In this video, an OFW made quite a surprise to her unsuspecting family who was enjoying some time at the beach.
Manilyn Cortez, a native of Puerto Princesa, Palawan surprised her family by pretending to be a stranger and asking them if it was okay to eat with them. At first, the family didn’t suspect anything unusual. Then the OFW’s niece recognized her.
Upon realizing that she was Manilyn, her sister hugged her immediately. While her mother also hugged her tight. It is definitely very satisfying to see your loved ones and be with them. After all, the sacrifices you made abroad are to help them have a better life in the Philippines.

Sometimes, you may not notice it because of the smiles on their face, but being alone while working in a foreign land makes them lonely and helpless sometimes.
