The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong warned Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) of fixers of NBI clearance.
In an advisory, authorities said that some fixers are offering their services to process NBI clearance for a fee of HK$300 to HK$600. The advisory also states that these fixers loom the vicinity of Admiralty.
The consulate advises OFWs that NBI clearance application form and money order (Php200) can be mailed directly to this address:

Money order is also available at Metrobank, 15th Floor, United Centre, Queensway, Hong Kong.
Likewise, the Philippine Consulate General encourages OFWs to immediately report to them fixers who are offering said service.
