We have seen all the painful sacrifices of Filipinos abroad just to send money and support the financial needs of their families back home. But the image here will show to you that foreigners in the Philippines are also having their own kind of suffering in the Philippines.
The man in the photo is actually a foreigner who is asking for money in the streets of Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. He is holding a note which states that he needs help and is asking for money. His condition is pitiful especially because he is in a foreign land.
