Ferdinand Acapulco had to go to Saudi Arabia to earn more for his family in the Philippines. He has four children and all of them were studying. He is working abroad for four years and haven’t seen his family since then.
His wife wants him to go home even without a single centavo on hand, especially because of the economic crisis in KSA. One of his son even wants to stop studying to help provide for their family. Their only wish this Christmas is to be together once again.
Last December 2, 2016, Coco Martin personally met Acapulco when he went to Al Khobar, KSA. He felt the pain and suffering of the OFW which is why he gave a memorable Christmas gift to the OFW who is greatly in need.
After a short conversation, Coco Martin conveyed his gift to Ferdinand. He is given a plane ticket back to the Philippines.
Just this December 9, the Acapulco family finally met the head of their family after long years. “There is always hope as long as you’re alive”, Mr. Acapulco said.
