Alleged illegal recruiter and his accomplice arrested in NAIA terminal 2. Their modus is to let their recruits get through the NAIA using fake documents.
In NAIA terminal 2, the National Bureau of Investigation Human Trafficking Division performed the entrapment operation against an alleged illegal recruiter. After the marked money has been handed to the illegal recruiter, the NBI team rushed to arrest the man.
The complainant is applying as a driver in Saudi Arabia but in his Overseas Employment Certificate, he is applying an electrician.
The suspects firmly denied all allegations saying that he is only a visa checker. While the alleged accomplice said that she was just asked to accompany the complainant and the documents was just given to her.
But as investigators checked the suspect’s mobile phone, it was found out that they are doing the transaction for a while already and a lot of people were already victimized.
The victim can’t seem to hide his frustrations after learning that all his hard-earned money was wasted just for the chance to work abroad.
However, the two alleged illegal recruiters will be charged for human trafficking.
