The time which was supposed to be spent for their family, was wasted just because of the inconvenience that Cebu Pacific has brought to these passengers.
Passengers of Cebu Pacific Airline 5J111 was left devastated after being stranded for 18 hours in Hong Kong. When they reached the Philippines, passengers complained about lost luggage, some were even intentionally opened.
Their nightmare didn’t end with that, passengers were stranded for another day because of no flight schedule.
Passengers were totally disappointed on the bad services rendered by Cebu Pacific Airlines.
