Children of an OFW couldn’t help but cry after knowing that their father was the one serving them their food in a restaurant in Batangas. The emotional moment was captured in a video.
The video instantly went viral on social media because of the emotional moment that they have shared.
The OFW identified as Mario Sayson worked in Qatar for her family in the Philippines. Now, he came home to surprise his children, Princess Hart and Nash.
While in a restaurant in Batangas City, Mario hid his face while serving food to his children and wife so they won’t recognize him.
But when he went back to their table, Mario took off the cover from his face. Princess instantly became teary-eyed. Nash later cried after realizing that it was indeed their father whom they haven’t been with for a long time.

Mario gave them warm hugs.

According to Mario, at first, he couldn’t help but cry because he miss his family so much.
There are a lot of OFWs who already wants to go back to the Philippines and just be with their family and loved ones. But because of their financial duties, they sacrifice to go abroad and work in a foreign land. Overseas Filipino Workers are indeed our modern heroes.
